NEW & USED INSTRUMENTS POLICY

All new instruments are thoroughly serviced before being sent on trial. This includes a check of pad seating and integrity of tone holes to ensure a perfect seal. The mechanism is checked for tightness and spring tensions are adjusted for evenness.

Trial Policy
All instruments are available on a trial basis. A valid Visa, MasterCard or Discover number is required as security before we send any instruments on trial. Please contact us for further details. Unfortunately United States Customs regulations does not allow for sending instruments on trial outside the country.

Warranty
All new instruments are covered by a two year warranty which covers adjustments, tuning and repair of cracks. Total replacement of cracked sections is covered for one year.
